Arizona Liquor Industry Consultants (ALIC) offers an innovative concept designed specifically around the chronic problems associated with the liquor industry in the state of Arizona. ALIC will assist in the promotion of responsible, cost-effective management of all issues pertaining to the liquor industry.
ALIC is a full service concept developed specifically for and around the liquor industry. A one stop shop for those in the liquor industry who could use assistance, but don't know what kind or where to look. Obtaining a liquor license in Arizona is a burden that everyone regrets and no one likes to tackle. ALIC is designed not to just help you, but to do everything for you. Meet the Team
Amy
Partner
Amy came to ALIC on May 17th, 1999 following 9 years as a security specialist for Motorola and Allied Signal. As an expert in liquor licenses for more than 20 years, Amy has built relationships with restauranteurs and city and county officials during the span of her long, successful career and will bring that knowledge to her clients.
If you talk to Amy she will tell you she's a tea drinker but you can often find her at the local pub with friends and family.
Craig
Partner
Craig retired from the Arizona Department of Liquor after spending 22 years in Law Enforcement. Retiring as the Supervisor of the Trade Practice and Training Unit, he joined ALIC on September 1st, 2016. As an expert in Arizona Liquor Law from his time with the Department of Liquor, he is an asset to his clients when a citation or fine in unavoidable.
You can find Craig hanging our with his wife and their two cats while sipping on anything from the cheapest beer to the most coveted whiskey and wine.
Kevin
Training Specialist
Kevin has been with ALIC for 8 years and is most likely a very familiar face if you have attended any of our classes. With an extensive background in the restaurant and bar industry, the skills he acquired are regularly utilized by our clients to ensure they stay within the bounds of Arizona liquor law and stay compliant.
If you see Kevin out at your establishment you know it's a good one. He's a fan of fine food and even finer whiskey.
Buz
Training Specialist
Buz has been here since 2016 after a successful law enforcement career that spanned 3 decades. and is force to be reckoned with in the classroom. With a background in the Arizona Department of Liquor alongside Craig, he is an excellent trainer with a focus on efficiency and information retention.
Buzz will often be seen with his wife dining and drinking “beer that tastes like beer”.
Bob
Training Specialist
Bob joined ALIC in 2021 after retiring from Scottsdale Police Department as a Liquor Licensing Investigator. He is a knowledgeable trainer and is invaluable with his work on our clients’ Extension of Premises applications.. With his CPA background and extensive business experience he adds to the “ALIC Value” we bring to each client.
Rhonda
Licensing Specialist
Rhonda has been with ALIC for 17 years. During that time she has helped hundreds of new clients get their liquor license and is always happy to do so! When you have those questions that need an intricate answer just give her a call or shoot her an email.
You can find her hanging out with her 5 kids and enjoying a nice Crown Apple when at home.
Miranda
Licensing Specialist
Miranda has been with the company for 20 years and has extensive knowledge in licenses and permits. When you need help with how to make your liquor license work for you - she's here for you.
When she is at home she spends time with family while sneakily drinking very nice tequila in coffee cups.
Sarah
Event Specialist
Sarah is our expert in everything Special Event. From small events in parking lots to large events like the WMO, she can help answer all your questions. Give her a call anytime to start planning your Special Event today!
You can find Sarah playing with her kids at home and after they go to bed she starts on those craft cocktails in the kitchen.

Billing Master
Justine has been here for 11 years and is the support behind the scenes. If you have any questions regarding your account, she has all the answers.
In and out of office you can find her sippin' on Perrier 24/7.
Kylie
Online Programs Manager
Kylie joined in 2023 to help our clients with the online aspect of their business. After being in restaurant management for 5 years and in the tech industry for 7 years, she is bringing that knowledge together.
You can usually find her in Downtown Mesa drinking craft beer, wine, or anything on the top shelf.
Sunshine
Best Mascot Ever
This cute, smart, super good girl is here to keep everyone happy and on their toes. She can be found lounging in her daybed or chasing a ball around the office.
