Manager on Record

 "Manager" means a natural person who meets the standards required of licensees and who has authority to organize, direct, carry on, control or otherwise operate a licensed business on a temporary or full-time basis.

This is the manager for the license.* This can be the owner if they will available for day to day operations of the license or whomever they choose to be the main contact for the DLLC. A manager can be listed for multiple licenses under the same licensee.

The Manager on Record will need:

Fingerprinting
Background check
*Attend
Title 4 Basic and Manager Class

The Manager on Record should take our Manager Class every 3 years. This class, along with our Basic Class, is a requirement from the DLLC.

*Store managers are not required to become a Manager on Record or get fingerprinting. Only those that will be listed on the liquor license need this done.
